These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Sanxam ("we," "us," "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Sanxam is an educational mobile application designed to help users prepare for competitive examinations including UPSC, GPSC, and related government exams. The App provides:
To use the App, you must sign in using a Google account. By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and maintain your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
The App offers a free tier that provides access to limited features including basic MCQ tests, limited exam attempts, and basic analytics.
Premium subscriptions are available at the following price points:
Premium features include unlimited exam access, advanced analytics, all test modes, priority support, and exclusive content.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee upon renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice. Existing subscribers will not be affected by price changes until their next renewal period.
If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to retry failed payments. If payment cannot be collected, your account will revert to the free plan.
Sanxam uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate some of its educational content. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Some practice questions, answer options, and explanations within the App are generated using AI technology (OpenAI's language model, accessed via a secure server-side API). AI is used solely for educational content creation — it does not interact with users directly, and there is no live AI chatbot or real-time AI system in the App.
While AI-generated questions undergo automated validation checks for format and structure, they may occasionally contain factual inaccuracies or errors. Users should cross-reference critical information with official UPSC/GPSC study materials and authoritative sources. We continuously review and improve AI-generated content, and questions found to be inaccurate are corrected or removed.
AI-generated questions are for practice purposes only. They do not predict, represent, or replicate actual examination questions from UPSC, GPSC, or any government examination body. The App does not claim to forecast exam content.
No personal user data — including your name, email, test scores, or profile information — is sent to the AI model. Only generic parameters (subject name and difficulty level) are used for question generation. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
AI is not used for user profiling, automated decision-making, behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or surveillance of any kind. AI is used exclusively for generating educational question content on the server side.
AI-generated questions are created in advance on our servers and stored in our own database. Users interact with pre-stored questions only — there is no live AI chatbot, real-time AI interaction, or on-device AI processing.
All content within the App — including AI-generated questions, curated questions, explanations, images, graphics, user interface design, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Sanxam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
Your test results, progress data, and usage statistics are associated with your account. While you retain ownership of your personal data, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized and aggregated data for improving our services, generating analytics, and research purposes.
When using the App, you agree not to:
Sanxam is designed exclusively for educational and practice purposes. It is not a replacement for official study materials, coaching, or guidance from qualified educators. Users should use Sanxam as one of many tools in their exam preparation strategy. We do not guarantee success in any examination — exam results depend on individual effort, preparation, and numerous factors beyond our control.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to UPSC, GPSC, or any government examination body.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanxam and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanxam and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period. Any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining subscription period may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at graphikians@gmail.com. We will endeavor to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanxam regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
