How to delete your Sanxam account and all associated data

Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your Sanxam account and all personal data associated with it at any time. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the app:

  1. Open the Sanxam app on your device
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom
  3. Scroll down and tap Settings
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Please send your request from the email address associated with your Sanxam account. We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What Data Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Account profile (name, email, photo) Permanently deleted Immediately
Test attempts and scores Permanently deleted Immediately
XP, coins, streaks, and achievements Permanently deleted Immediately
Daily missions and progress Permanently deleted Immediately
Squad memberships Permanently deleted Immediately
Subscription / payment history Retained for 90 days (legal requirement) 90 days
Anonymised aggregate analytics Retained (no personal identifiers) Indefinite

Active Subscriptions

If you have an active Sanxam Premium subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription first before deleting your account:
