Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how:

Open the Sanxam app and go to your Profile

Navigate to Settings and select Subscription

Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
Alternatively, you can email us at graphikians@gmail.com with your registered email address and a cancellation request.
Effect of Cancellation
- Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free plan.
- Your progress, test history, and earned achievements will be preserved.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Platform-Specific Refund Process
Refund processes differ based on where you purchased your subscription.
Android (Google Play) Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through Google Play, refunds are handled by Google. Sanxam cannot process refunds for Google Play purchases directly.
- Request a refund through the Google Play Store: Play Store → Account → Order History → Request Refund
- Alternatively, visit Google Play's subscription page
- Google Play's refund policy applies to all Android purchases
Web (Razorpay) Purchases
If you purchased your subscription through our website, the refund eligibility below applies. Contact us at graphikians@gmail.com to request a refund.
Web Purchase Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Eligible for Refund
- Request made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Technical issues that prevented access to premium features
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Service not available in your region
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) — please cancel before the renewal date
- Change of mind after significant use of premium features
- Dissatisfaction with exam content or question difficulty
- Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Service
Pro-Rated Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion:
- Annual Plan: If you cancel within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months.
- Monthly Plan: No pro-rated refunds are available for partial months.
- Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of full unused months remaining in your subscription.
How to Request a Refund (Web Purchases)
For subscriptions purchased via the web (Razorpay):

Wait for our team to review your request (we'll respond within 48 hours)
For Android purchases: Please use Google Play's refund process as described above.

- All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner.
- Razorpay is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, ensuring the highest level of payment security.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Payment Gateways
Web — Razorpay
Web subscription payments are processed through Razorpay:
- Razorpay supports UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Your card details are never stored on our servers — Razorpay handles all sensitive payment data.
- Razorpay's refund process is automated and transparent. You can track refund status via Razorpay's payment receipt.
- For payment-related disputes, you may also reach out to Razorpay support directly.
Android — Google Play Billing
Android subscription payments are processed through Google Play Billing:
- Google Play supports all payment methods available in your Google account.
- Subscription management (cancel, pause, resume) is handled through Google Play Store.
- Refund requests for Android purchases must be directed to Google Play.
- RevenueCat is used as a subscription management layer — no personal payment data is shared with RevenueCat.
Free Plan Users
This refund policy applies only to paid premium subscriptions. If you are using the free plan, no charges are made, and no refunds are applicable.
